The 24th Bayim Olur musun? – Be My Franchise Franchising and Branded Dealership Fair, organized by Medyafors and with Standards and Partners as the main sponsor, will be held on October 15–18, 2026 at the Yenikapı Avrasya Fair Center in Istanbul and will host initiatives aimed at developing two-way commercial relations between Türkiye and the United Arab Emirates.

The Emirates Franchise Association is participating in the fair with 6 companies, while the delegation is headed by H.E. AHMED OBAID IBRAHIM AL ALI, a board member and Chairman of the Umm Al Quwain Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

UAE brands aim to meet master franchise investors and strategic business partners in Türkiye. For Turkish brands, opportunities to enter the UAE market, achieve regional growth, establish local partnerships and pursue new cooperation with Gulf-based investment funds are coming to the fore. The Emirates Franchise Association delegation will host Turkish businesspeople, brand owners and investors for bilateral business meetings at its large stand in the exhibition area over four days.

The UAE’s franchise and investment ecosystem will be discussed

As part of the fair, Franchise Market Talks will host a panel titled “Emirates Franchise Association Special Session: Franchise and Investment Ecosystem in the UAE” on Thursday, October 15 at 15:00.

The session, moderated by Ahood Almenhali, will feature Anas Al Madani, Founder of The Dates Farm and The Q Lab Café, Rasha Khalil, Founder of SNUW, and Ahmed Ali Al-Amoody from Amoody Global as speakers.

The panel will discuss the UAE’s investment environment, incentives, market-entry models, franchise investments and the global investment strategies of UAE-based funds.

Medyafors Chairman of the Board Özhan Erem, commenting on the international dimension of the fair, said, “For us, it is just as important for Turkish brands to expand into the Gulf market as it is for brands from the UAE to seek master franchise investors in Türkiye. We consider the participation of Abu Dhabi Chamber and the Emirates Franchise Association valuable in terms of developing lasting commercial relations and investment partnerships between the two countries.”

The Franchise Market Talks sessions and the fair will be open to visitors from October 15 to 18. A single free visitor ticket will be sufficient for both events.
