Ghebreyesus: We established a Collaboration Center for the International Classification Family in Rwanda
Geneva, April 5 (Hibya) – World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus announced that WHO has established a Collaboration Center for the International Classification Family in Rwanda.
WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus stated that WHO has set up a Collaboration Center for the International Classification Family in Rwanda.
Ghebreyesus noted that this week, the center brought together 120 global experts to advance disease classifications, and said, "This center is the second in Africa and will support WHO’s work in developing health classification standards, building capacity, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of health data worldwide."
