In his statement, Guterres said: “I call on everyone to do their part in building inclusive societies free from the evils of racism. This means countries must comply with their international obligations – including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It also means that businesses, civil society, and all of us must stand up to racism wherever and whenever it arises.”
