New York, July 9 (Hibya) - United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said the UN must become more coherent, fit for purpose and effective in order to fulfill its mission.
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said that at a time of deep instability and complex challenges, the United Nations must have the courage to change in order to deliver on its promises.
Guterres stressed that the UN must become more coherent, fit for purpose and more effective, adding that this can only be achieved through meaningful change, concrete steps and results that people can see, feel and trust.
