Guterres: We must make "Never Again" a reality for everyone
New York, July 11 (Hibya) - United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres called for action against hate speech and discrimination on the anniversary of the Srebrenica Genocide.
United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres issued a message marking the anniversary of the 1995 Srebrenica Genocide.
Guterres said that commemorating Srebrenica means confronting hate speech and discrimination and renewing the commitment to make the promise of "Never Again" a reality for everyone.
He called for honoring the victims, listening to the survivors, and taking concrete steps to advance justice, reconciliation, and peace.
