Harris meets with European Parliament President Metsola
Dublin, June 23 (Hibya) - Irish Deputy Prime Minister Simon Harris met with European Parliament President Roberta Metsola to discuss Ireland’s priorities regarding its upcoming Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
Irish Deputy Prime Minister Simon Harris said he was pleased to welcome European Parliament President Roberta Metsola and Minister Helen McEntee to the Government Buildings.
It was stated that the meeting focused on the priorities identified in connection with Ireland assuming the Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
