Israeli President Isaac Herzog announced that representatives of the Hostage Rescue Doctors Organization, led by Prof. Hagi Levin, head of the medical team of the Hostage Families Committee, presented a detailed report.

Herzog stated: "This report highlights the urgent threats to the physical, mental, and medical conditions of the hostages as winter approaches. Together, we discussed the urgent and concerning medical issues arising from these findings. There is no doubt that the situation is serious, and immediate action must be taken to enable the hostages to return home as soon as possible."
