Herzog presented the educational and community-based program developed by the “Sisama” organization in cooperation with local authorities at the Presidential Residence.

The program was reportedly launched as part of the national initiative of the Forum for Combating Ostracism and Bullying Among Children and Young People, established by Herzog at the Presidential Residence.

Herzog said, "Ostracism and bullying are a red line," adding, "This is the responsibility of all of us. Together, we will draw a clear red line and take action to change social norms, create a safe space, and foster a sense of belonging for every child."
