IDF: 180 humanitarian aid packages airdropped into Gaza
Jerusalem, August 18 (Hibya) – The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that humanitarian efforts are ongoing, with 180 humanitarian aid packages airdropped across the Gaza Strip.
The IDF stated that humanitarian efforts are continuing.
The statement noted that 180 packages were airdropped across the Gaza Strip: “In accordance with the instructions of the political leadership and within the framework of cooperation between Israel, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Singapore, and Indonesia, the IDF (through COGAT) today also continued a series of activities aimed at improving the humanitarian response in the Gaza Strip.”
The statement added: “The IDF will continue to improve the humanitarian response in the Gaza Strip in cooperation with the international community, rejecting unfounded allegations of deliberate starvation in Gaza.”
