Baghaei called for an immediate halt to ethnic cleansing and an end to Israel’s impunity, emphasizing that those responsible must be prosecuted and punished.

Referring to the unprecedented brutality against defenseless Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank, the Foreign Ministry Spokesman strongly condemned the recent raids on temporary shelters for displaced persons and health centers in Gaza, which have resulted in hundreds of deaths and injuries.

Baghaei stated that after obstructing mediators' efforts to reach a ceasefire agreement, Israel escalated its criminal attacks to impose illegitimate demands and forcibly displace the residents of Gaza.

He emphasized that all governments and the UN Secretary-General have a legal and moral obligation to end the genocide and stop the crimes against humanity and war crimes committed by Israel in Gaza and the West Bank.
