Iran condemns terrorist attack in Sistan and Baluchestan province
Tehran, April 14 (Hibya) – Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmail Baghaei condemned the terrorist attack in Sistan and Baluchestan province and extended condolences for the Pakistani victims.
Baghaei condemned the terrorist attack that occurred in the city of Mehrestan, in Iran’s Sistan and Baluchestan province, which resulted in the deaths of many Pakistani nationals.
He described this terrorist act and the killing of innocent people as a crime fundamentally incompatible with Islamic principles, as well as legal and humanitarian norms, and offered condolences to the victims’ families, the government, and the people of Pakistan.
The spokesperson stated that the competent security and judicial authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran will make every effort to identify the perpetrators and planners of this atrocity and ensure that justice is duly served.
