Kristersson met with Germany's new Chancellor Merz
Stockholm, May 27 (Hibya) – Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson made a statement following his meeting with Germany's new Chancellor Friedrich Merz. The two leaders discussed their shared vision for Europe’s future.
Kristersson highlighted the industrial strength of both Germany and Sweden, stating: “We share strong goals for a more innovative and competitive Europe. German and Swedish industries will lead the way.”
The humanitarian situation in Gaza was also on the agenda. Kristersson described the current conditions as “unacceptable” and once again reaffirmed support for Ukraine.
