Lahbib: Russia shows complete disregard for international humanitarian law
Brussels, November 3 (Hibya) – European Union (EU) Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness and Crisis Management Hadja Lahbib condemned Russia's attacks on the Ukrainian cities of Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv. Lahbib stated that the attacks targeted a humanitarian aid center in Zaporizhzhia and a healthcare facility in Kharkiv.

Lahbib reported that at least 29 people were killed and 48 remain missing in the attack on Zaporizhzhia, while 62 people were injured in Kharkiv. She said, "Russia shows complete disregard for international humanitarian law."
Emphasizing that those responsible for the attacks must be held accountable, Lahbib stated, "Those responsible must be brought to justice."
