Lahbib: There are 1,800 Syrian refugees in the Nurdağı Refugee Camp in Turkey
Ankara, January 23 (Hibya) - Hadja Lahbib, European Union (EU) Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness, and Crisis Management, stated that there are 1,800 Syrian refugees in the Nurdağı Refugee Camp in Turkey.
Hadja Lahbib, EU Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness, and Crisis Management, said that there are 1,800 Syrian refugees in the Nurdağı Refugee Camp in Turkey, more than half of whom are children.
Lahbib said, "The journeys of those who migrated from Syria and were then displaced by the earthquake strengthen my determination to continue supporting those who suffer."
