Vilnius, October 18 (Hibya) - Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis made a statement regarding Russian President Vladimir Putin’s attacks on Ukraine.
Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis said regarding Russian President Vladimir Putin’s attacks on Ukraine: "Putin spends 140 billion dollars, we struggle to promise fifty billion. Essentially, we are sending him the message 'We will not stop you', so he will not stop. But if we had allocated 800 billion dollars, he would have had to rethink. Yes, we can afford it. And yes, it would have been much cheaper than letting him continue."
