Macron: A ceasefire in Gaza and the release of hostages are achievable goals
Paris, October 4 (Hibya) – French President Emmanuel Macron stated that an encouraging stage has been reached regarding a ceasefire in Gaza and the release of hostages.
Macron emphasized that Hamas must fulfill its commitments without delay, saying: “We now have a real opportunity to take a decisive step toward peace.”
He added that France will fully support the efforts carried out with the United Nations, the United States, Israel, Palestine, and other international partners in this process, and said: “I thank President Trump and his team for their efforts to advance peace.”
