Berlin, August 16 (Hibya) - German Chancellor Friedrich Merz stated that Ukraine can rely on their unwavering solidarity as it moves toward a peace that protects the vital security interests of both itself and Europe.
In his statement, Chancellor Merz said: "We welcomed President Trump’s efforts to stop the massacre in Ukraine, to end Russia’s aggressive war, and to secure a just and lasting peace."
Merz also added that Ukraine can rely on their unwavering solidarity as it moves toward a peace that protects the vital security interests of both itself and Europe.
