Metsola: Europe must take responsibility for its own security
Brussels, February 5 (Hibya) - European Parliament (EP) President Roberta Metsola met with European Council President Antonio Costa.
EP President Metsola exchanged views with European Council President Antonio Costa following the EU leaders' security and defense meeting.
Emphasizing that in an increasingly uncertain global reality, Europe must take responsibility for its own security, Metsola stated: "Now is the time to move forward with closer cooperation and concrete steps."
