Sandu said she strongly condemned the latest violation of Moldova's airspace. Reporting that a drone-missile exploded near the village of Crocmaz in southern Moldova, Sandu drew attention to the increased security risks in the region.
Sandu argued that the incident was a direct consequence of Russia's war in Ukraine and, emphasizing the threat the conflict poses to Moldova and other countries in the region, said, "This situation must end."
