Dmitry Peskov announced that Moscow and Washington had agreed to resume dialogue on all parameters. Peskov said, "A decision has been made to restart the Russian-American dialogue on all levels."

He noted that Donald Trump's approach to achieving peace in Ukraine through negotiations is attractive, and that Russia believes the goals in Ukraine should be achieved by peaceful means, although there are still few details on resolving the conflict.

Peskov emphasized that Joe Biden's administration wants war in Ukraine and is spending American money on it. "The Ukrainian regime has become accustomed to uncontrolled dependence," he added.

He also pointed out that Moscow is observing disagreements between Washington and Kyiv. "Zelensky's rating is declining, this is an obvious trend," Peskov said.
