New Zealand PM Luxon visits Goldie River Barracks
Wellington, August 5 (Hibya) – New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon visited the Goldie River Barracks to witness defense cooperation with Papua New Guinea (PNG).
PM Luxon emphasized that Pacific security is of great importance to both New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. He noted that he visited the barracks today to observe defense cooperation with PNG.
"Here, I met with members of the New Zealand and Papua New Guinea Defense Forces participating in the Phoenix Kumul Exercise," he said.
