Pakistan Foreign Minister Dar attends R4 Ministerial Meeting in Cairo
Cairo, June 21 (Hibya) - Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar met with the foreign ministers of Türkiye, Egypt and Saudi Arabia as part of the R4 Ministerial Meeting in Cairo.
According to a statement from Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar attended the R4 Ministerial Meeting held in Cairo, the capital of Egypt.
In the ministry's press release, it was stated that regional and international issues were discussed with the foreign ministers of Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Türkiye during the meeting. According to the statement, the parties emphasized the importance of dialogue, cooperation and collective efforts in addressing common challenges.
It was also noted that the foreign ministers of Pakistan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Türkiye met with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and exchanged views on strengthening bilateral relations between Pakistan and Egypt as well as on regional developments.
