Prague, April 2 (Hibya) – Czech President Petr Pavel highlighted the importance of medical screenings, stating that a new oncology patient is diagnosed every 7 minutes in the Czech Republic.
President Pavel noted that a new cancer patient is diagnosed every 7 minutes in the Czech Republic.
Emphasizing that one in every three citizens becomes ill, he said: "At Prague Castle, we support disease prevention, and all our staff have the opportunity to undergo screenings and training as part of Health Day at the Castle."
Pavel stressed that early detection is the most critical success factor in cancer treatment: "Please do not delay life-saving preventive screenings."
