Istanbul, June 29 (Hibya) - U.S. markets showed a positive trend on the first trading day of the week.
U.S. markets posted a positive performance on the first trading day of the week, with gains recorded across all major benchmark indices.
The NASDAQ Index rose 1.51% to 25,740.948 points, while the NASDAQ 100 Index gained 1.22% to reach 29,800.083 points.
The S&P 500 Index advanced 1.02% to 7,432.29 points, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) climbed 0.91% to 52,390.62 points.
The Russell 2000 (RUSS 2K) Index also increased by 0.11%, ending the session at 3,011.158 points.
