Moscow, December 20 (Hibya) - Russian President Vladimir Putin pointed out that Palestine still hasn't been established.
Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that the United Nations Security Council decided on the establishment of two states, Israel and Palestine, and added: "Israel was established, but Palestine still hasn't been."
