Putin Meets with Elected President of Indonesia and Defense Minister Subianto
Moscow, August 1 (Hibya)—Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Prabowo Subianto, the elected President of Indonesia and Minister of Defense, at the Kremlin on a working visit to Russia.
According to a statement from the Kremlin, the talks began in a limited format. Russia was represented by Deputy Chairman of the Government Yuri Ushakov, co-chairman of the Russia-Indonesia Joint Commission on Trade, Economic and Technical Cooperation, and First Deputy Chairman of the Government Denis Manturov, as well as Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
