Qatar and Canada discuss regional developments
Doha, October 20 (Hibya) - Advisor to Qatar's Prime Minister Majed bin Mohammed Al Ansari and Special Secretary to the Canadian Prime Minister Scott Gilmore discussed regional developments and bilateral relations.
Advisor to Qatar's Prime Minister and Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Majed bin Mohammed Al Ansari met with Special Secretary to the Canadian Prime Minister Scott Gilmore on the sidelines of the 2026 Global Security Forum held in Doha.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed cooperation between their countries and steps aimed at strengthening these relations.
The parties also discussed the latest regional developments, ongoing diplomatic efforts to reduce tensions and promote regional security and stability, as well as joint coordination. Other matters of mutual interest were also addressed during the meeting.
