Qatar and UAE deputy foreign ministers meet in New York
New York, September 27 (Hibya) - Qatar’s Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi and United Arab Emirates Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan met in New York.
According to a statement issued by Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi met with United Arab Emirates Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan on the sidelines of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
The meeting addressed cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to support and strengthen them.
The ministers also discussed the latest developments in the region, particularly diplomatic efforts aimed at de-escalation, strengthening security and stability, as well as joint coordination.
