Qatar took part in the 11th UNAOC Global Forum, held on 14 December 2025 in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. The forum was held under the theme “Two Decades of Dialogue for Humanity – Fostering Mutual Respect and Understanding in a Multipolar World.”
Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chair of the Qatar Committee for the Alliance of Civilizations, headed the Qatari delegation. In his address, he reiterated Qatar’s commitment to the founding goals of UNAOC, emphasizing its support for intercultural dialogue, the promotion of peace and mutual respect, and the fight against extremism and hate speech.
