Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani held a phone call with the Acting Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ali Bagheri Kani, to discuss the implications of the assassination attempt on Dr Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the Political Bureau of the Palestinian Islamic Movement, in the Iranian capital, Tehran.
