Qatar's Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Sani received a phone call from Spain's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jose Manuel Albares.

During the conversation, they discussed the cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to support and develop them. The latest developments in the Gaza Strip, the occupied Palestinian territories, and Syria, as well as a number of issues of mutual interest, were also addressed.

The parties emphasized the need to achieve Syria's unity, work on a peaceful transfer of power through an inclusive political process based on Security Council Resolution 2254, intensify efforts to protect civilians, and combat terrorism.
