Rubio met with Wong
Washington, December 8 (Hibya) – U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that he met with Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong.
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that ahead of the 35th Australia–U.S. Ministerial Consultations, he met with Australian Foreign Minister Senator Penny Wong.
In his statement, Rubio said, “The United States has no better friend, partner, or ally than Australia. We look forward to expanding our joint efforts to support a free and open Indo-Pacific region.”
