Russian attacks plunge Odesa into darkness
Moscow, February 20 (Hibya) - Russian drones attacked the southern Ukrainian city of Odesa for the second consecutive night on Wednesday.
Regional governor Oleh Kiper stated that about 90,000 people were left without electricity and heating following the attacks.
During the first attack on Tuesday, four people, including a child, were reported injured.
