Saidov held talks with UNESCO Director-General Azoulay
Tashkent, August 18 (Hibya) – Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov had a phone call with UNESCO Director-General Audrey Azoulay.
Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Saidov said that he had a fruitful phone conversation with UNESCO Director-General Audrey Azoulay.
He stressed that special importance is given to the preparations for the UNESCO General Conference to be held in the city of Samarkand. “We also had a detailed exchange of views on a wide range of cooperation areas. We emphasized the importance of strengthening our joint efforts in the fields of culture, education, and the preservation of cultural heritage,” Saidov said.
