Sandu meets with Cypriot President Christodoulides
Chisinau, May 9 (Hibya) - Moldovan President Maia Sandu hosted Cypriot President Nikos Christodoulides on Europe Day.

Expressing her satisfaction with the visit, Sandu said, “We are pleased to welcome Cypriot President Nikos Christodoulides to Chisinau on Europe Day — this is the first bilateral visit of a Cypriot president to Moldova.”
Highlighting solidarity in the European Union integration process, Sandu stated, “Moldova is grateful for the strong support provided by Cyprus during the Presidency of the Council of Europe and is determined to make use of this European momentum.”
