He stated that real negotiations on this matter can only take place within the framework of a ceasefire and with the participation of Ukraine, adding:
“We welcome President Trump’s initiative in this regard. We will work together with our partners to maintain pressure on Russia and continue to support Ukraine so that Ukraine can keep defending itself against Russian aggression.”
