Selling pressure in Asia-Pacific markets
Istanbul, September 25 (Hibya) – Asia-Pacific markets showed a mixed performance on the final trading day of the week. The Nikkei rose 1.09 percent, while Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index fell 1.69 percent.
Asia-Pacific stock markets traded mixed on the final trading day of the week.
In Japan, the Nikkei 225 Index rose 1.09 percent to 66,230.43 points. In Australia, the S&P/ASX 200 Index fell 0.49 percent to 8,659.30 points.
In India, the Nifty 50 Index lost 0.11 percent to fall to 23,037.50 points, while Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index declined 1.69 percent to 24,343.19 points.
In mainland China, the Shanghai Composite Index fell 1.22 percent to 3,888.374 points.
