The State of Qatar participated today in the 19th Francophonie Summit held in Paris. The State of Qatar was represented at the summit by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi.

Various topics were discussed at the summit, including creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship, peacebuilding, and opportunities for cooperation among Francophone countries. The challenges facing Middle Eastern countries, particularly the occupied Palestinian territories and Lebanon, were also addressed.

In addition, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs also participated in the 45th Francophonie Ministerial Conference, which was held before the summit.
