Trump said Colombia is known for drug trafficking and claimed it is run by “a sick man who loves producing cocaine and selling it to the United States,” adding that this situation would not last long.

Speaking about Mexico, Trump said drug flows reach the U.S. through the country and stated, “Mexico needs to get its act together. They have the capacity, but unfortunately the cartels run Mexico.”

Addressing the U.S. approach to neighboring countries, Trump said, “This is not a country on the other side of the world. We want the countries around us to be livable and successful,” arguing that freely extracting oil would lower global prices and serve U.S. interests. He described Greenland as “extremely strategic” for national security and said the presence of Russian and Chinese ships there is troubling.

On Cuba, Trump said the country is collapsing and would “fall on its own” without the need for military or political intervention, stressing that the Monroe Doctrine remains valid for the United States.

Warning on Venezuela, Trump said interim leader Delcy Rodríguez would face “a situation even worse than Maduro” if she does not “do the right thing.”

Turning to domestic politics, Trump targeted Minnesota, California and Illinois, saying no payments would be made to those states. On Somali pirates, he said tough measures had been taken: “Ships are no longer being seized. It’s very easy—we say there are pirates, and it’s over.”
