Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said that strong security guarantees are a prerequisite for a just and lasting peace in Ukraine, describing the step taken yesterday in Berlin on this issue as a positive development.
Tsahkna said in his statement:
“We must increase sanctions pressure to change Russia’s stance and use Russia’s frozen assets to provide compensation loans to Ukraine.”
