Throughout the centuries, it symbolizes the unity of all Ukrainian generations. Its pattern is unique because it is embroidered on the canvas of our values with our actions."

Volodymyr Zelensky's message was as follows:

"During our resistance to attacks, it has become an unofficial uniform for all who defend humanity, freedom, and the right to identity. To Ukraine, to all Ukrainians, and to friends of Ukraine worldwide, Happy Vyshyvanka Day!"
