Ukrainian President Zelensky met with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis to express his gratitude for Greece's support of Ukraine since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion.

Zelensky emphasized that he highly values the solidarity of the Greek people and their firm stance in condemning aggression, stating: "To achieve a just peace, Europe must be at the negotiation table. We discussed strengthening cooperation between our countries, joint European projects, security guarantees, and enhancing defense capabilities."

Zelensky also expressed confidence in working together with Greece during its temporary membership in the United Nations Security Council.
