UNESCO adopts "Third Resolution" regarding the current situation in the Gaza Strip
Ramallah, October 18 (Hibya) – The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has adopted a resolution titled "The Impact and Consequences of the Current Situation in the Gaza Strip on UNESCO's Mission".
The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomed the adoption of the resolution titled "The Impact and Consequences of the Current Situation in the Gaza Strip on UNESCO's Mission" during UNESCO's 220th session held today in Paris.
The ministry's statement said: "This decision follows the unanimous adoption of two resolutions concerning the State of Palestine, namely the resolutions on cultural and educational institutions in occupied Palestine".
