UNRWA: Tens of thousands of families received mattresses, blankets, and other bedding supplies
New York, February 20 (Hibya) – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) announced that since the ceasefire took effect in Gaza, the agency has delivered mattresses, blankets, and other bedding supplies to tens of thousands of families.
In a statement, UNRWA reported that since the ceasefire took effect, it has provided bedding supplies to tens of thousands of families in Gaza.
The statement noted that after 15 months of war and multiple displacements, people have lost everything and are in need of everything. "UNRWA teams are working at full capacity to provide them with some relief," the statement said.
