US Calls on Azerbaijan
Washington, December 11 (Hibya) – US Secretary of State Antony Blinken called on Azerbaijan to end the increasing pressure on media and civil society.
US Secretary of State Blinken stated that the United States is calling on Azerbaijan to end the increasing pressure on media and civil society.
Blinken said, "We call on Azerbaijan to respect its international human rights obligations and to release those unjustly detained, including Rufat Safarov, Sevinj Vagifgizi, and others arrested for their work in human rights."
