Washington, July 6 (Hibya) – US Secretary of State Antony Blinken issued a congratulatory message on the occasion of the 14th Dalai Lama's birthday.
US Secretary of State Blinken conveyed his best wishes to the 14th Dalai Lama on his 89th birthday, stating, "His support for non-violence, compassion, and human rights is a source of inspiration not only for the Tibetan community but also for many people around the world."
