Uzbek Foreign Minister Saidov received Maltese Ambassador Inguanez
Tashkent, January 23 (Hibya) - Uzbekistan's Foreign Minister Bahtiyor Saidov met with Malta's Ambassador to Uzbekistan, Carmelo Inguanez.
Uzbek Foreign Minister Saidov announced that he had received the credentials of Malta's first ambassador to Uzbekistan, Carmelo Inguanez.
Saidov noted that the agenda includes strengthening the legal foundations of bilateral relations, establishing friendship groups between parliaments, developing economic cooperation, promoting tourism, accelerating ties in the field of education, and other areas to enhance relations. He added, "We also signed an Agreement on a reciprocal visa-free regime for holders of diplomatic passports."
