The White House's statement read: "In 2023, President Biden, Dr. Biden, and military spouses signed a historic Presidential Executive Order at Fort Liberty aimed at supporting the careers of spouses, caregivers, and survivors. Additionally, the President has taken steps to improve childcare and make long-term care services more accessible and affordable for families, especially military families."
