White House: Dead hostages found in Gaza
Washington, September 1 (Hibya) - The White House announced that six people held hostage by Hamas were found dead in a tunnel under Rafah.
News that the bodies had been found came on Saturday evening but was confirmed on Sunday morning.
An organization representing the families of the hostages wrote in connection with the news of the find that "the country will be shaken" tomorrow, Sunday. They also accuse Prime Minister Netanyahu of abandoning the hostages.
Large protests were held in Israel on Saturday evening to draw attention to the hostages still being held captive.
