White House: Hostages Found Dead in Gaza
Washington, September 1 (Hibya) - The White House announced that six people held hostage by Hamas were found dead in a tunnel beneath Rafah.
The news of the discovery of the bodies came on Saturday evening but was confirmed on Sunday morning.
In connection with the discovery, an organization representing the families of the hostages wrote that the country "will be shaken" on Sunday. They also accuse Prime Minister Netanyahu of abandoning the hostages.
On Saturday evening, large protests were held in Israel to draw attention to the hostages still held in captivity.
